Before you write
A few things are faster to do yourself, right inside the app:
- Change your goals, equipment, training days or coach — Profile tab.
- Manage or cancel your subscription — your App Store / Google Play account settings (also reachable from Profile → Manage subscription).
- Delete your account and data — Profile → Delete my account, or use the account deletion page.
What we can help with
- Account & sign-in — trouble logging in with email, Google or Apple.
- Billing — subscription not unlocking Pro, refunds (handled by the store), price questions.
- Bugs — something not working? Tell us your device, app version (Profile, bottom) and what happened.
- Feedback — feature ideas and anything else. We genuinely read it.
