Delete your account

AtPace — account & data deletion

You can permanently delete your AtPace account and all the data associated with it. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Fastest: delete in the app

If you still have the app installed, this is instant:

• Open AtPace and go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll down and tap "Delete my account".
• Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

No longer have the app?

Enter the email address of your account below and we will process the deletion of your account and data. We never reveal whether an email has an account, so you will always see the same confirmation.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, training history, statistics, personal records, messages and friendships are permanently removed. Programs you published that other users saved remain available to them in anonymized form (your authorship is removed).

An active subscription must be cancelled separately in your App Store or Google Play settings — deleting your account does not cancel billing.
